TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT
The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions below. Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
PRICES
Universal Healing Symbols (UHS) reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on our online site at any time. The price payable for the goods shall be the price applicable on the date the goods are confirmed as ordered.
CURRENCY
All prices are shown in Australian dollars.
GST / TAXES
We do not charge GST.
COLOURS
Colours of some of the cards can vary slightly from those shown on your computer.
PAYMENT METHODS AND PROCESSING
UHS currently accepts Paypal and Visa and Mastercard payments via Paypal Gateway only. Goods are sent when the total amount has been approved and debited from your account.
Placing your order means you are engaged in a contract and that you unconditionally accept the prices and descriptions of the items you have ordered.
DELIVERIES AND SHIPPING
Most orders will be sent between approximately 2-7 working days. Only the personal symbols and gold pendants can take between one and three months. The online shop is open over the Christmas period, with all orders being shipped by around 5th of January. All parcels are shipped using Australia Post.
International Postage – You pay the overseas freight charge to us and are responsible to pay any import duty or sales tax within your own country.
ONLINE EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. If for any reason the product you have purchased arrives faulty please contact us and send us some photos of the packaging and the products. We will then establish how to best resolve the issue.
UHS is not responsible for faulty items purchased from a stockist of UHS.
A faulty product does not include damage incurred by the purchaser in failing to maintain and care for the product properly.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
In the event that you receive a faulty product, notification must be given within 3 days of receiving the item, and return of the product must be received within 10 days.
Please contact the UHS office via contact form through the website to notify us immediately. You will be sent an email containing a Returns Confirmation and instructions on returning the faulty item. Please include the invoice you received with your parcel.
UHS is not responsible for return items that are lost in the post. We suggest returns be sent via express parcel or registered Australian post.
Please include the receipt for your postage in the return parcel otherwise we will not refund the postage cost. A refund or exchange will be made on receipt of the item.
CONDITIONS OF GIFT CERTIFICATES
Certificates can be redeemed for merchandise only and not for cash.
Certificates can only be redeemed with Universal Healing Symbols (UHS), not with any other reseller of Universal Healing Symbols products.
Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
No change or credit will be given: any remaining balance on the card can only be used in whole or part against future purchases.
Gift Certificates are in $AUD only and can be purchased by contacting us.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
UHS cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order.
If your delivery address differs from the one given on Paypal checkout please notify us ASAP and we will make all attempts to correct the information.
